Calvin’s Chili

Instructions
1 lb ground pork
2lbs shredded chicken, ground beef, or tofu
2 each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers chopped
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 whole yellow onion, chopped
3 Fresno Chilies or Jalapeno peppers diced
1 can each of Black beans, pinto beans, and chili beans in adobo
Sharp cheddar cheese, optional
Ingredients
Chop and mince all of the vegetables.
Brown pork and other meat of choice on medium heat, then add in peppers and onions.
Add in garlic and white vinegar, and let sit for three minutes before adding the chicken stock.
Add in beans and 2-3 cups of water.
Serve over white rice, with shredded sharp cheddar cheese if you want!
