Harvie Kitchen is a department within Harvie focusing on minimizing food waste through prepared meals, bakery items, cut fruit and vegetables, and more! Each week the Harvie Kitchen crew works together in our shared kitchen space to prepare food to be sold online through Harvie.

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will primarily focus on prepping and packing meal kits at our Lawrenceville distribution center.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack meal kits accurately and efficiently according to member orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment, following all food safety policies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and kitchen staff to optimize operations and resolve issues.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for inventory management.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize the work area to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
  • Learn and use Harvie’s systems for communication, production planning, and managing finished goods.
  • Receive and stock meal kit ingredients. Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities.

We’re looking for a Growth Manager based in Philadelphia who will live and breathe Harvie. You’ll optimize our existing marketing funnels (Facebook, Instagram, and more), manage ad spend to hit financial targets, and explore new channels to attract members who truly appreciate fresh, locally sourced food. As the go-to person for digital marketing strategy, you’ll also produce and direct a high volume of content that communicates Harvie’s mission and drives growth.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Funnels: Tweak and refine our FB/IG funnels, monitor analytics, and ensure campaigns are delivering results against budget and goals.
  • Manage Budgets: Own the marketing budget, meet CAC/LTV targets, and consistently report on campaign performance.
  • Content Strategy: Build out a content generation funnel to produce ads that reflect Harvie’s core values.

About the Position

We are looking for hard working individuals who want to work in a fast-paced, efficiency-focused environment as an Outbound Team Member. Each week the Harvie crew works together in our Pittsburgh warehouse to pick and pack products from our farm and producer partners to create grocery boxes for customers. Products include produce, eggs, milk, cheese, bread, meat, flowers, and many other items to create a full grocery experience. Unlike a physical grocery store, all boxes are delivered to member homes, so you won’t have any customer interaction throughout your day. Steps for advancement on our hourly career ladder are discussed in regular one on one meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack unique grocery boxes with products in your zone based on member labels keeping up with the pace of pack with minimal pack errors
  • Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities
  • Set up, locate, and extract products from shelves and storage areas using FIFO (first in first out); storage areas include freezer, cooler, and dry goods
  • Partake in the general and deep cleaning of the warehouse and break room areas
  • Perform warehouse duties using pallet jacks, following safety protocol
  • Adhere to state health and internal safety practices
