Happy September! Winter squash is here. But just to be clear, this is an utterly underwhelming harvest of 2 acres. Less than 1/10th of normal yields. But that's what a rainy August will do to your squash field. Still, better than nothing. Suffice it to say there will be little squash available including the delicata squash. The squash we have will be available over the next few weeks, starting with delicata and acorn this week, since they are best eaten fresh.
