We are having a knock out cauliflower season. We are growing a new variety named, Twister is a tight, heavy-headed, white cauliflower with good internal wrap. Cauliflower turns yellow if it sees the sun while growing. In the past we had to tie the leaves around the head with a rubber band to prevent light from getting in. With Twister the leaves wrap tightly and need no help protecting the head. Hope you are enjoying the harvest. My family loves roasted cauliflower!
