Do y'all follow us on social media? This week we posted another video of our crew tying the tomatoes and it went crazy. I don't know what it is about that content, but this is the third time we've posted a video of this process and it's always the same. It seems there is an appeal to seeing somebody doing a relatively simple task, but doing it in a way that's unexpected and somehow suprisingly skillful.
About the crops.... we're slowly getting started with the greens. Everything is delayed a bit because we had a late start planting due to excessive rain (remember that?!) New this week, we have a light harvest of collards, bok choy and romaine. More will be coming.
