Lets get that grill lit, its TIME! New cuts of sheep is here! Chops, ground, roasts, lamb, shanks, organs, and more! Many of you have been asking us about meat and we are diligently working to make sure we have meat more frequently. Working with butchers with USDA Certified facilities has been a bit difficult in the past months since the pandemic began. So many farmers have been processing their animals; weird because there is no meat on the shelves at your local supermarkets! We have realized that we needed to expand out herds for a while now. We have successfully opened another 20 or so acreage to increase our lamb, goat, and cow herds.
