It's been a rainy week, but we shall not be stopped! Got some onions, beets, and greens in the ground this week. I always get questions from customers about the best time to plant so that your plants survive the winter. The best answer to that is really to select the most hearty crops that can withstand the cold and really paying attention to the weather; Making sure to not plant around the time of a frost. It took us years to really get it somewhat down packed. That's because the weather can be unpredictable. We do the best we can.
