Napa cabbage - My advice on these is that you peel apart all the leaves and wash in cold water as soon as you get it home. Then, shake or spin dry and store in a plastic bag/ container in the fridge. These leaves don't need to be completely dry but you do want to wash them out when you get it. Cabbage tends to have caterpillars or other things so washing it first is helpful. I would suggest washing all greens upon brining them inside. We sauted a whole head last night with sesame oil, sesame seeds, red chili flakes, and garlic. It was delicious! Fall crops are well on their way and it looks like we have some 80 degree temperatures coming soon!
