Underwood Farms has blessed us with the last corn of the season. Moving into winter season you will see greens, root veggies, and brassicas. On the farm we are bracing for a few cold nights by protecting our young seedlings. Peppers and eggplant are getting pulled out today! Next week we plan on transplanting more kale, collards, broccoli, rainbow chard, and napa cabbage that will be ready for harvest in our next season beginning Jan 6th!
