Hey Everyone,
We are so excited to kick off our 2022 CSA Season!! We've decided to launch our Farm Stand early this week. From here on we will be launching our Farm Stand from Thursday morning-Friday at noon. This is early than we have historically launched, but this allows our local partners time to process the orders for the upcoming delivery. We have some great products coming to you off the farm this week, including our red bunching onions, rhubarb, lettuce, angus lean ground beef, pure beef sausages, and more!! We've also included some additional products from our local partnerships: microgreens from Micro Eats, haskap berries from Boreal Harvest Farm, and coffee from High Horse Coffee Company, to name a few.
Despite all this rain, our garden is coming in good! Some of our crops are coming in slower than we'd like and we had to replant some of our brassica crops as they flooded out, but overall we are happy!
Looking forward to getting some local and farm-fresh goodness out to you!!
