Shallots are looking good, probably about 2 weeks out. We have added a few other things to the harvest list and will continue as we get more cool fronts, I am especially excited about brussels and broccoli! Might be hard to see in the picture but we have some arugula coming up and it looks great. A few other fall crops are starting to trickle in as well. This cooler weather sure is nice, all of our Fall crops are enjoying it and growing well. Our greens are coming along great with Kale and Chard doing the best, some collards not far behind.
