Hello everyone!
Hope you all are doing well! The sunshine & warmer temperatures have been wonderful this past week. We have gotten so much field work done! Peas, spinach, lettuce, kale, carrots, onions & radishes have all been planted and then covered with the frost cloth. The greenhouses are bursting with plants that will be heading out to the field soon! We have to get creative this time of year to fit everything in the greenhouse, it sometimes feels like a giant puzzle. Thankful that the weather has been cooperating so we have been able to move some plants out to the field.
This is the last week of the winter CSA. Thank you so much for all of your support this winter. We are planting like normal and plan to have a great selection on crops in the upcoming months! If you have not signed up for the spring CSA now is the time. The deadline to sign up is April 15. HERE is the link to sign up.
