Hope you all are doing well!
We have had another beautiful week. This warm/snow free December is making is much easier for us to get our outside work done. We got all of the rhubarb and strawberries covered with straw. We cover these crops with straw as an extra insulator for the cold winter months and it also helps to keep them clean. Only 6 months until strawberries will be ready! :)
Not much has happened on the greenhouse project this past week as we were working on the straw project. The fields were dry and we thought we better get that done, but hopefully we can get back building tomorrow.
Just a reminder that this will be the last box before the holiday's as we we have the week's of Christmas & New Years off.
