While it will be a few months before broccoli & cauliflower are ready we did plant the first seeds this week! The peppers also were transplanted into larger containers this week. The pepper plants will grow in the greenhouse until we are ready for them to head to the field. Typically that is the end of April/first of May depending on the weather.
We are excited to fill the fields up with crops again!
