This year we are trying some new varieties of green onion. Essentially, its a bit more like a shallot but still a green onion. Let us know your thoughts. We are also offering uncured/ fresh garlic this week. So you'll want to keep it dry especially if you don't use it right away. This is a variety of garlic developed right here in Llano. Eggs are still in limited quantities, so you'll have to be fast in selecting your share items.
