Wahoo! Summer has arrived! It makes for some hot days in the field, but we've been starting early to beat the heat and the plants are soaking up the sunshine. Summer squash harvests are ramping up, and we've spotted our first ripe cherry tomatoes this week. One of our harvest crew members, Olivia, got the honour of eating the first one of the season for her birthday. Yum. We are putting in some long days to get everything weeded, watered, and harvested, and boy does it feel good to celebrate the little things on the farm.
