Wow! What an incredible time of the year! Long daylight hours, warm temperatures, and loaded with plenty of fresh food to eat. Something we can only dream about during some of the darkest and coldest times of the year. Let's all immerse and indulge ourselves right now in the variety of fresh foods we're sending your way every week. Can't think of a better way to celebrate our short Wisconsin summers than to prepare and consume the vegetables featured in our weekly CSA delivery. Got plenty more to harvest so we'll have our work cut out for us on this end. All's we need you to do is find time to prepare and use what you receive. Boy if I only had the time to come and cook for you I certainly would but unfortunately that's not possible. So I leave the pleasure and fun of cooking it all to you.
