Hey hey!
Well the snow has melted and we are back out into the field. We had an unusual sight on our farm this week, puddles. Our ground got the soaking it needed and is all ready for some seeds.
Today is also Imbolc which marks the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. You may notice the trees start to bud and new signs of green popping up. Its a sure sign that spring is coming and longer days will be here soon. Our winter greens really start chugging along right about now and turn their energy from root growth to green growth. Its amazing to watch.
We also just started our tomatoes and eggplant this week, another reminder that summer is coming ;)
