Over the past two weeks we have gone from the heat of summer to torrential rains to the beginning of fall! Fall greens and roots are starting to trickle in along with the last of the summer crops. We are about to dig the sweet potatoes followed by the sunchokes. Soon we will pull up the eggplant, okra, and peppers, and replace them with next years strawberries, garlic, and onions. The tunnels are filling up with kale, chard, herbs, lettuce and more! Enjoy the last of that okra!
