We are starting to harvest out our spring storage crops. We started with the purple kohlrabi on Friday and will be pulling daikon radishes, watermelon radishes, black radishes, purple top turnips, cabbages, and carrots this week. Our first beans of the season have germinated and look to have a healthy stand. The garlic we grow is all hardneck and we have hit the small window in the season where we can harvest garlic scapes! You will be seeing them in your boxes this week. They make a great pesto or are a wonderful addition to salad dressing.
