The field flowers are blooming! And with all the rain last week all the new summer crops are off to a strong start. This week we will be pulling all the garlic and onions for curing. They'll spend a few days drying in the greenhouse and then the garlic will be tied into bundles and hung from the barn rafters to finish curing. On the planting side of things sweet potatoes are going in the ground Monday. Look for them in your boxes in the fall!
