Farm Happenings for May 4, 2022

The new vegetable washer we built has worked out great! We are able to clean produce better and faster than ever before. Though it was originally intended for topped root veggies we have been able to also use it on bunched roots, green garlic, and we will be testing it on the spring onions that should be ready soon. In other news the first tomato plants are starting to flower and the cabbage and kohlrabi is starting to shape up. By the end of may we'll have a great mix of spring and summer veggies for you.
