Our later than usual planting of beets seems to have worked so look out for those in a couple weeks. Summer crops are coming in slower than expected likely due to the extremely dry weather. We got the first red slicing tomatoes this weekend and hope to have enough to give you next week. In the meantime enjoy some summer squash!
