This week’s boxes are featuring pints of our soyu long cucumber pickles made by our chef friends over at Food Fix in Modesto. By now I’ve tried about 6 different types of their awesome pickles (most recently a smoked cucumber pickle) and Chef Hank has also won best pickle at the state fair multiple times. I hope you all you pickle lovers get to enjoy and please remember these are quick pickles that should be kept cool and refrigerated. You will also see radish bunches this week as some of the first of our fall crops are coming on line. Have a great week!
