Welcome, Welcome to your Winter 2019 Veggie Subscription! We are so glad that you have decided to join us! Please read below to get all the details you need to have a successful share with us :)
If you haven't already, please take a moment to set your preferences - this lets us know throughout the year what you love, like, or don't want.
Each week on Thursday afternoon, you will get an email (just like this one!) telling you what we want to send you based on your preferences, and what else is available for you to swap with. Follow the links in the email to swap items in your box or add extra items to your box before Saturday night at 11:55pm when the customization window closes. On Monday, you will get an email confirming what went into your box, reminding when and where to pick up, and showing you recipes, tips, and videos related to the products in your box that week - make sure you scroll to the bottom of the email to see these! If you are on the payment plan, this is also the day that your card will be charged.
When you go to pick up your produce, we ask that you please triple check that you have the box with the correct name on it, take the bag full of produce out of your box, remove the label from your box and stick it to your bag (so you can double check your order when you get home), and flatten the box to leave in the bin at your pick up site. This helps us to re-use these boxes weekly!
If you are going to be out of town on a pick up day, you can change your delivery to another pickup day on a different week - more info on that here.
