Howdy All!
Happy New Year! The change in the calendar means we are close to seeding our first crops for Spring. We like to get them started early in anticipation of our last frost date in early March, at which time we can transplant them in the fields. Be on the lookout this week as we have a few beds that we will be thinning out. The "baby" sized veggies are often my favorite for quick sautés and roasting in the oven.
