Howdy Everyone,
Hope this finds you well and happy. We are continuing to plant new fall varieties, many of them leafy greens. It is exciting to start the transition into a new season. This week you will find we have a new vegetable in the mix - Armenian cucumbers! And you guessed it, this vegetable was first cultivated in Armenia in the 15th century and is actually related to the muskmelon family, though it still looks and tastes like a cucumber. This weekend is also first Saturday, so if you're picking up in Bryan you can enjoy live music and a raffle.
Thank you so much for your support of local agriculture, we appreciate you! Take care.
