Howdy All!
We are all in for our Winter plantings over the next week. Much of what will go in the ground now will be enjoyed in January and February. I am excited about the 6 different varieties of carrots! Additionally, our beets, spinach, and snow peas are well on their way to maturing. The roselle (a great substitute for cranberry sauce) began flowering last week and it won't be long before we have an abundance to share in the CSA.
