Howdy Everyone,
Hope this finds you well. This past week we were excited to harvest the first round of snow peas and hope to continue getting a steady flow of them to add to the CSA in the future. This should offer a bit more variety with a hint of sweetness, different than typical fall roots and greens. They are super crisp and refreshing, perfect for snacking, a salad topper, or any other creative culinary venture you can imagine!
