I haven't made a pesto with Thai Basil before but Becca and I were playing around with recipe ideas and started imagining Thai basil, lemongrass, garlic, red pepper flake, just add coconut milk concoctions... or Thai basil, peanuts, sesame oil, rice vinegar...
