Timing of daylight and rain has gifted us with 5 poorly germinated, but beautifully grown rows of vibrant roots crops. Some of you have been enjoying the beets for the last couple of weeks but the flood gates are open and we have radishes, beets, and carrots coming out next week for anyone who wants them! Not to mention the sweet potatoes which are just around the corner.
