Hello from your Farmers! We are sure enjoying the sunshine and hot weather. Lots of activity on the farm over the last week. Gravel was put in around all the high tunnels and it looks so nice. We can't wait for you all to see it (we are currently working on that, so stay tuned).
We have new squash this week called Centercut - they have a sweet, nutty favor and meaty texture. Also new this week is celery, which will be small individual stalks and the flavor is superb, green beans and the first cucumbers!
The tomatoes are getting close and the vines are filling up nicely with green tomatoes, now the waiting game begins as of when they get their color.
