First we would like to say thank you so much to all who came out to join us this weekend at the Harvest Celebration to volunteer and/or partake in the festivities, we hope you had as much fun as we did!
With Thanksgiving around the corner we thought it was the perfect time for... PUMPKINS! The variety we will be sending is Winter Luxury, it is a favorite of ours and is smooth and sweet - great for pies. We have also bulked out our 'extras' on Harvie in case you are needing anything extra for your Thanksgiving meal such as Rosemary, Sage, Onions, spinach, turnips, acorn squash and more so be sure to check it out this week!
We also had LOTS of squash harvested this weekend so we are going to be offering bulk squash boxes on Harvie for the remainder of the CSA season (only 3 more weeks!). They are 20lbs of mixed squash for $25. These squash will store well and last you through the winter as well.
We are also very excited to announce that we officially have HOT SAUCE for sale. This is the same fermented hot sauce many of us have fallen in love with, made in collaboration with Farmer Paul. We will be offering small and large sizes in smoked and plain for purchase as extras!
We also have a few extra bulk boxes of Aurora Apples which are available for purchase in the extra section as well.
