The farm has grown A LOT in 15 years, and this season we are updating our service to you through a new CSA management platform called "Harvie" (short for Harvest!) Harvie offers many benefits, foremost being the ability to customize your share based on your preferences. Getting what you want every week means less waste and more enjoyment!! By now you've experienced Harvie in the sign up and you may have taken the time to rate your preferences. We think you'll appreciate the ability to customize your box, but if what you loved about CSA was the "surprise" factor, that is still an option for you!
In the coming week's you'll be receiving "training emails" from the Harvie support team introducing different aspects of the service and explaining how it all works. There is also a helpful Harvie FAQ page that you may wish to refer to if you have specific questions. If you ever feel stuck using the Harvie portal, you can always reach out to their friendly and helpful team by emailing support@harvie.farm. If you have specific questions or comments about the contents of your box, you can email us at csa@arocha.ca We will do our best to make it right if you receive something that doesn't meet your expectations.
