Thus far the weather has been fairly kind to farmers this season, thankfully. There is a variety of thriving tree fruits this season which have struggled with the changing weather patterns in recent years. This week we are including a medley unit of yellow apricots, white donut peaches, and yellow nectarines. The donut peaches will soften like regular peaches, then you can push the pit out of their center and have a peach donut. Apricots will also soften like peaches, and yellow nectarines will soften the slowest - leave them all outside of refrigeration for a few days. Always refrigerate your berries (or freeze for long-term storage).
