Dear CSA Member,
We made it through the heat wave and our cows are so much happier! While our milk production is still limited we will have more for sale in the farm store. Please remember that you can also add on milk into your CSA share each week.
We are excited to finalize the plans for our first Farm Dinner since we moved to the Brunner Farm location in spring 2015. The date is Friday, August 23rd and we are providing all of the pasture raised meats and produce for the dinner, which will be prepared by the amazing chefs from Bleuroot Restaurant. If you would like to purchase tickets please visit our website or buy in person at the farm store.
Our turkeys went to Hometown Sausage Kitchen where they will be processed into breast tenders, smoked turkey legs, ground turkey, turkey sausage, and turkey broth which we will have in the store in about a week!
