Our turkeys are foraging and growing fast and we are getting quite a few orders on a daily basis. We still have all three pickup dates available for fresh turkeys, but expect them to start filling up soon. If you are interested in reserving a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving don't wait too long to order, you can do this through our website or in the farm store.
Last week you might have noticed the delicious smell of fresh bread in the farm store. Our farm chef Douglas Callegario has been making sourdough breads, croutons, and some lard from our pork fat.
