Dear CSA Member,
This is a very exciting week - our farm dinner is this Friday! The team is busy preparing the dinner area, decorating, harvesting and working closely with the chef to make sure she has the best ingredients to create a beautiful meal. As of now it looks like the weather will be perfect for an outside dinner. Please keep an eye out on our Facebook and Instagram pages, we will post many photos of the special night.
We picked up beef and pork from processors this week, so we now have bacon, brats, and steaks in the store, as well as fresh sweet corn from Van Laars Farm! We have lots of pasture-raised chicken and various beef roasts in stock, so we are holding the 10% off chicken sale over for another week, and all beef roasts are 15% off. Stock up now for your fall and winter soups, stews, and pot roasts!
