Welcome to CSA Week 15! This week we're happy to share Shiro Plums with all of you. They are a delicious yellow plum, slightly larger than the purple sugar plums that we were harvesting last week. We're also harvesting blueberries, eggplant, peppers, sweet corn, broccoli, mini onions, beets, radishes, leeks, and more! Take a look at all of our swap options, we have added a few fun new items this week! We produce a huge variety of our own local fruits, vegetables, and flowers grown using only sustainable and USDA certified organic production methods. We take soil and water conservation and the stewardship of our farm land very seriously, and have therefore permanently preserved all of the farm land we own. We have made a long-term commitment to agriculture in Chester as well as in New Jersey. We love what we do and we love serving you!
