The first Farm Share deliveries start next week, and we couldn't be more excited! We've been seeing the first outdoor grown spring mix from Four Tern Farms and beautiful rhubarb from Bushes Bunches. Acme Greenhouses and Glacier Valley Farm have the greenhouses pumping with cucumbers, and tomatoes are even starting to trickle in. Our friends at Seeds of Change have really dialed their herb production and have a bounty of fresh basil, parsley and mint for us. We also still have potatoes and carrots from storage to add a little hardiness to the first leafy green heavy boxes.
It is still fairly early in the farming season, so there will be limited variety the first week or two. You will see a lot more selection and items available to swap as we get further into the season. We do have limited swap items this week, which are first come first served, including tomatoes and morels!
There are a lot more goodies coming up the pipeline in the upcoming weeks. We can't wait :)
