Plums, Brussels Sprouts and Spaghetti Squash!
It's been nice to get some sunny days this week, even though temperatures have been chilly. Great weather for curing winter squash! Local Cream Top Milk!!
We have been dreaming about offering local milk for several years now, but there was never enough to get our hands on any. Luckily, that has changed! Alaska Range Dairy in Delta Junction has been expanding and we will now be helping them distribute their amazing milk in South Central.

Apples are finally ripening up, just as we head into September. We're working with two orchardists this year -- Don Berberich and Doug Ott.
