This is what summer is all about. Kicking back outside with some good food! Sometimes cooking dinner can seem like a lot of work, but it's ok to keep it simple. We got to visit some friends in Homer this weekend and they cooked us up this delicious meal of sausage, stir fried collards with onions, rice and some fresh sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on the side. All the seasoning we needed was a little salt and pepper. The veggies speak for themselves!
