Happy first week of Farm Shares! We’re so excited that local Alaskan produce is finally starting to take off! This is one of the earliest seasons we’ve seen, which means more variety this first week of summer than usual. I’m especially excited about a first for us – Haskap Berries! Also known as honeyberries, they taste similar to blueberries mixed with a bit of raspberries, with undertones of currants and elderberry. Let us know what you think if you get some in your box this week! REMINDER: Any highlighted items on your label will be located separately in a cooler at your pickup site.
