Entree: Chicken Tikka Masala (chicken braised with Indian spices, yogurt, and tomatoes), Basmati Rice, Roasted Cauliflower, Snap Peas, and Carrots, Raita (Cucumber and Dill Yogurt), Watermelon Rind Chutney. Feeds 6.
Soup: Golden Lentil and Carrot Soup (Vegan), Spiced Almonds.
Salad: Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Tabbouleh (vegetarian), Bulgar Wheat, Parsley, Garlic, Paneer (Indian ricotta cheese) and Gem Lettuces , Lemon-Tahini Vinaigrette. Feeds 6.
