Below are next week’s offerings from our Culinary Team.

All CSA and Farm Stand orders must be submitted before Noon on Monday.

Entree: Black Hawk Farms Filet Mignon Tips in an Ashbourne Farms Mushroom and Port Reduction. Served with our house made fresh Fettucini pasta. Broccoli and Carrots with Roasted Garlic Butter. Feeds 6.  

Soup: Late Spring Vegetable Minestrone. Basil Pesto. 

Salad: Arugula and Shaved Pecorino Cheese Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, Summer Squash, Pickled Red Onions and House Cured Merguez Salami. Madhouse Vinegar Red Wine Vinaigrette.
