Week 2 begins and we are loaded with strawberries! if you need extra be sure to add them on to your box and if you need enough to preserve we can offer whole flats to you! 2 gallons for $48. Tell your friends and get one for them!!
Things are growing well and looking good right now, although its a little bit dry and we have started irrigating. For this second week of delivery, we still have plenty of greens and we are looking at lots of lettuce, broccoli, cabbage and more in the coming weeks. Squash & cucumber plants are looking good despite the arrival of cucumber beetles! These are a tough pest to manage; basically, the only organic option for pest control option is Pyrithrin, a derivative of the Geranium plant.
