Hi Folks, we hope you all are staying healthy and enjoying all the summer produce. We have enjoyed seeing you come out to pick up and getting to chat and know you all a little better. We sincerely appreciate the support and stability you all offer to our farm, and we hope to continue to serve you for years to come.
We have some very exciting news to share with you. We have just been notified that we are being rewarded a very generous grant from the Illinois Stewardship Alliance!! This grant will help us grow our farm by purchasing some much needed equipment necessary to expand. We are thrilled about it, as it was a pretty competitive pool of applicants. Not only did we get the grant but we are being rewarded one of the largest amounts available, $20,000!! All this to say, thank you to you all as well. It is the support of the community locally and statewide that helps small farms like ours compete and continue to provide good food to everyone within our reach. 2020 has been and continues to be an exceptional year for so many reasons, but this time it's a positive one.
