*We are making fresh zucchini bread loaves this week! Ingredients are: zucchini grown on farm, eggs laid on farm, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. There will be a few loaves available as extras. Everyone loves my moms zucchini bread!

The Red Russian kale is turning into a more full sized kale with thicker stems as we approach warmer weather. You can still eat it raw but it is recommended to do a light steam or stirfry on that.
