Underwood Farms has blessed us with the last corn of the season. Moving into winter season you will see greens, root veggies, and brassicas. Broccoli leaves are in the inventory this week. These can be eaten as a collard or kale can be. This is the most nutrient dense vegetable we grow on our farm! Please make sure you wash your greens when you get them this week! The wind has coated everything with a nice layer of dirt. This week we will have a limited amount of what we are calling our "Asian greens mix". This will be a mixture of mizuna, tatsoi, and purple bok choi.
