Welcome to week 8 of our CSA!! Hope you are all doing well and enjoying this beautiful weather we have been having!!
We have lots of delicious veggies coming to you this week!! Our cucumbers are growing like crazy now, and we have some spaghetti squash that is ready this week too. We harvested a bunch of our spring garlic recently, it is not the prettiest looking garlic, but it tastes great!
Some of our tomatoes are ready, so we will have a limited supply available as a swap in only item.
Our beets in our back garden are not quite ready for harvest, but we were able to secure some this week from our friends at Sonrise Family Farm.
